Optimization of Formulation and Process of Rutieling Cataplasma Matrix

目的：优化乳贴灵巴布膏基质配方及其工艺,为其成型工艺提供依据。方法：分别以剥离强度、初黏力、外观为指标,采用L9（34）正交设计试验法优化乳贴灵巴布膏基质的配方。结果：乳贴灵巴布膏基质配方优化配比,即卡波姆-明胶-阿拉伯胶-羧甲基纤维素钠-聚丙烯酸钠比例为4∶5∶7.5∶2∶3.5。结论：按优化的乳贴灵巴布膏基质处方配比,所得膏体柔软、黏性适中、涂展性、保湿性良好、剥离无残留。

Objective： To optimize the formulation and process of Rutieling cataplasm matrix. Methods： To optimize the matrix formula with peel strength, initial adhesion and appearance as indexes by L9（34） orthogonal design. Results： The optimized ratio ofRutieling cataplasma matrix is consisting of carbomer, gelatin, arabian gum, CMC-Na and sodium polyacrylate the ratios o f which are 4：5：7.5：2：3.5, respectively. Conelusion： The optimized formula of Rutieling cataplasma matrix has soft pasty, moderate cohesive performance and good overlay performance and moisture condition without any residue.
