左氧氟沙星与银花泌炎灵联用治疗女性下尿路感染的疗效分析

Evaluation on Clinical Efficacy in Female Lower Urinary Tract Infection by Using combination of Levofloxacin with Yinhuamiyanling

目的：分析左氧氟沙星与银花泌炎灵联用治疗女性下尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：选取98例下尿路感染女性患者,将其随机均分为两组（各49例）;对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组患者给予左氧氟沙星与银花泌炎灵联用治疗,疗程为14 d,比较两组治疗后临床疗效及其症状消除时间及尿白细胞计数。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率93.88%高于对照组81.64%（P〈0.05）;前者症状消除时间和尿白细胞计数明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：左氧氟沙星与银花泌炎灵联用治疗女性下尿路感染疗效确切,能够较快缓解尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状。

Objective： To evaluate on clinical efficacy in female lower urinary tract infection by using combination of levofloxacin with Finhuamiyan/ing. Methods： Ninety-eight female patients with lower urinary tract infection in our hospital were randomly divided into study group 49 cases and control group 49 cases who were given levofloxacin treatment. The study group was treated with levofloxacin combined with Yinhuamiyinling treatment. After treatment, two groups of treatment in the clinical curative effect, eliminating symptoms and urine white blood cell count were compared. Results：The effect rate of the study group was 93.88%, significantly higher than 81.64% in control group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, eliminating symptoms and urine leucocyte count of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group. The statistics has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Levofloxacin combined with Finhuamiyinling under the treatment of female urinary tract infection in clinical curative effect, can quickly relieve the symptoms such as frequent, urgency and urine pain. It is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
