摘要
介绍了锦屏二级水电站水轮机调速器压力罐排油阀的位置、状态、作用,以4号机组调速器事故低油压试验为例,分析了压力罐排油阀小开度时的泄压能力,为了避免发生因人为误操作或误碰排油阀导致机组调速器事故低油压动作停机,提出了阀门排油阀的技术改造方案。
The position, status and function of the oil discharge valve of pressure tank in governor in Jinping II Hydro -power Station are introduced .Then , the low oil pressure fault test of governor in the No .4 unit is discussed .Pressure re-lief capacity of the oil discharge valve under small opening is analyzed .To avoid accidental shutdown of the generator u-nits due to low oil pressure fault of governors that may be caused by mis-operation or hit of workers on the oil discharge valve, technical improvement measures are proposed , such as installing a shield or blocking mechanism on the oil dis-charge valve .
