摘要
针对管道防洪安全,对设计洪水采用"84"法及"62"法计算上游设计暴雨和入库洪水,根据调洪演算成果及区间洪水,推求白塔河何庄段设计洪峰流量、水位,为管道工程穿河方案设计提供依据。
In order to ensure the safety of flood control, the method of "84" and "62" method was using to calculate the upstream design storm and reservoir flood, according to the results of flood regulating calculation, and interval flood, the de-sign flood peak discharge and water level of Baita River Hezhuang section was developed, it provides a basis for project de-sign of pipeline engineering crossing river.
