摘要
目的对2株疑似O139群霍乱弧菌进行系统分离鉴定,以确诊是否为霍乱。方法对疑似菌株进行系统鉴定,包括血清学诊断、生化试验及CT、rfb基因等分子生物学检测。结果该2株菌均不是O139群霍乱弧菌,而是麦氏弧菌。结论霍乱弧菌的鉴定除了血清学诊断外还应该结合系统生化试验和分子生物学试验,排除假阳性,为疫情处置提供科学依据。
Objective To correctly identify two suspicious strains of O139 Vibrio cholerae,so as to confirm whether they were cholera or not. Methods The systematic identifications were carried out to the suspicious isolates,including sero- logical diagnosis,biochemical tests,and other molecular biological tests such as detection of CT and rfb genes. Results The two strains were Vibrio rnetschnikovii instead of O139 Vibrio cholerae. Conclusion Vibrio cholerae should be diagnosed not only by serum diagnosis but also again with systematic biochemical tests and molecular biological tests, to eliminate false positive and provide correct bais for eoidemic handling.
