2013～2014年大同市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况调查

Survey on Hygienic Conditions for Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places,Datong City,2013-2014

目的了解大同市公共场所集中空调卫生状况,为今后提高卫生监督水平提供依据。方法 2013年和2014年7-9月,抽取大同市市区27家公共场所正在运行的集中空调进行调查,共采样品87套。结果 2013-2014年合计抽检27家公共场所,有14家的集中空调各项指标合格,合格率为51.85%;合计抽检公共场所的集中空调样品87套,各项卫生指标全部合格的57套,合格率为65.52%。2013-2014年合计检测集中空调风管内表面积尘87份,积尘量合格率为85.06%,细菌总数合格率为70.11%,真菌总数合格率为100.00%;检测冷却水40份、冷凝水36份,嗜肺军团菌均未检出,合格率为100.00%。结论大同市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生质量存在问题,应对公共场所集中空调进行动态监督监测,开展卫生学评价,加强日常卫生监督。

Objective To understand hygienic conditions for central air conditioning systems in public places of Datong city,so as to provide basis for health supervision level promotion. Methods Central air conditioning systems from 27 public places of Datong city during 2013-2014 were investigated and 87 sets were selected. Results All indeces of central air conditioning systems for 14 from 27 public places investigated were qualified, with a rate of 51.85% ; 57 from 87 sets were qualified,with a rate of 65. 52%.87 samples of surface area dust from ducts of central air conditioning systems were collected and qualified rates for dust collected, total number of bacteria, total number of fungi were 85.06%, 70.11% ,and 100.00%,respectively. 40 samples of cooling water and 36 samples of condensate water were collected and none of eosinophilic lung legionella were detected. Conclusion There are some problems of sanitary conditions for central air conditioning ventilation systems in public places of Datong city. Dynamic supervision and hygiene evaluation for central air conditioning systems in public places are necessary.
