京津冀一体化战略下河北面临的挑战

Challenges of Hebei under the Strategy of Integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

京津冀一体化发展是区域经济一体化发展的必然,也是河北难得的发展机遇,同时也给河北带来巨大的挑战。与京津相比,河北在经济、技术、人才等方面都相对较差,对京津产业转移的承接力较弱,为能够抓住机遇,尽快适应协同发展的步伐,河北需要在制度保障、人才培养、产业升级转型等多个方面重点建设。

Integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is inevitable in the development ot regional economic integration. It is a rare opportunity as well as a tremendous challenge for Hebei. Compared with Beijing and Tianjin, Hebei is relatively poor in economy, technology and talents, and is weak to undertake the industrial transfer from Beijing and Tianjin. Therefore, in order to seize the opportunity and adapt to the pace of cooperative development, Hebei needs to improve in its system, personnel training and industrial upgrading and transformation etc.
