浅析《伤寒杂病论》辨治头痛

Analysis on Headache Syndrome of Zhang Zhongjing's Shanghanzabinglun

张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中共记载12种头痛,分别为:太阳中风表虚头痛;太阳中风兼水饮头痛;太阳中风表实头痛;悬饮头痛;阳明里热,热结成实头痛;太阳少阴两感,少阴寒化头痛;霍乱吐利头痛;太阳与少阳并病头痛;少阳胆气郁热头痛;阳明中寒,饮邪上干头痛;寒湿犯表头痛;产后中风头痛。张仲景在治疗头痛方面立足辨证施治,处方用药精妙,配伍严谨,不仅应用药物治疗,还采用针刺之法治疗头痛。
