王国华老中医临证擅用麻黄细辛附子汤治疗呼吸系统疾病,强调使用时应把握"表里同病而里虚未甚、阳虚外寒"的病机关键。本文从其方证特点、辨证要点、用法用量、随症配伍及现代药理、功效等方面进行经验总结。

Wang Guohua old Chinese medicine doctor clinical uses of mahuangxixinfuzi Decoction in the treatment of diseases of the respiratory system,and emphasizes mastering the key pathogenesis of “exterior-interior concurrent disease but interior deficiency not serious,and yang deficiency and cold outside”. This paper summarized the experience from the aspects of its character,the main points of syndrome differentiation,usage and dosage,compatibility with disease and modern pharmacology,efficacy.
