新医改的深化和社会的进步迫使高等中医药院校肩负着培养新世纪高层次中医药人才的重要使命,时代要求新世纪的医学人才不仅要重视医学专业知识和医疗技能,还要具有对社会高度的责任感等高尚人文精神。完善中医高等院校人文教育环境的举措:优化课程结构,合理设置医学人文教育课程;提高教师的人文素质,践行言传身教、全面育人作用;加强营造校园人文氛围建设;审视医患关系,重视临床带教;引导学生进行社会实践锻炼。

The new medical reform deepening and the progress of social force that higher TCM colleges shoulder the important mission of training high level talents of Chinese medicine in the new century, the requirements of the times in the new century medical personnel should not only pay attention to professional medical knowledge and medical skills ,but also have the high sense of social responsibility and noble humanistic spirit. Improvement the humanistic education environment in higher institutions of Chinese initiatives are ：optimizing the course structure, reasonable set of medical humanities education curriculum ; Improving teachers＇ humanistic quality, practice the words and deeds, all-round education ; Strengthening the construction of humanistic atmosphere of campus construction; Examining the relationship be- tween doctors and patients ,emphasizing the importance of clinical teaching;Guiding students to carry out social oractice.
