Investigation and Analysis on the Education Condition and Training Status of Health Technical Personnel in Tibet

目的:分析当前西藏卫生技术人员受教育与培训状况,为西藏将来制定合理的卫生人力资源配置标准提供依据。方法:利用现场调查数据,对西藏当前卫生技术人员的教育与培训情况进行分析。结果:西藏卫生技术人员平均受专业教育与培训不足。结论:西藏需要加强卫生技术人员的专业教育与培训。

Objective：To analyze the education and training of the health technical personnel in Tibet,so as to provide basis for making further rational health human resource allocation standard in Tibet.Methods：To analyze the current education and training status of the health technical personnel in Tibet.Results：The professional education and training for the health technical personnel of Tibet were insufficient.Conclusion：It needed to strengthen the professional education and training of health technical personnel in Tibet.
