西藏医疗设备资源配置与利用的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Resource Allocation and Utilization of Tibet Medical Equipments

目的:分析当前西藏医疗设备资源配置与利用的影响因素,为西藏将来制定科学的卫生资源配置标准提供依据。方法:利用现场定性访谈资料进行分析。结果:西藏当前医疗设备资源配置的影响因素主要包括:(1)人员欠缺且培训不足;(2)客观条件限制;(3)设备配置未与实际需求相结合。结论:西藏在配置医疗设备时应考虑实际需求和配套设施条件,同时应加强相关设备使用的培训。

Objective：To analyze the influencing factors of allocation and utilization of Tibet medical equipments,so as to provide basis for further scientific health resource allocation standard in Tibet.Methods：The data of qualitative interviews were used to process the analysis.Results：The influencing factors of the medical equipment resource allocation in Tibet including（1） the insufficient staff and relevant training;（2） imitation of objective condition;（3） equipment allocation could not be combined with actual demand.Conclusion：To allocate medical equipment in Tibet,it needed to concern the actual demand and supporting facility condition,meanwhile,it needed to strengthen the training of relevant equipment utilization.
