试析能源消费折标方法对节能指标的影响——以云南省为例

本文以云南省为例,通过分析能源消费折标方法与能源消费增长速度及与节能指标之间的关系,找出影响三者之间关系的关键因素,提出了改进节能指标考核的政策建议。

This paper takes Yunnan Province as an example to analyze the relationship among the calculation method of energy consumption and energy consumption growth rate, and energy saving index. It gives the key factors influencing the relationship among them. The policy recommendations of energy saving index evaluation are proposed.
