摘要
利用百度试验对预处理榆木的干燥特性进行分析。结果表明:热水处理试件与冷水处理试件材相比较,干燥特性存在明显差异。热水处理榆木初期开裂等级最大为2级,截面变形等级最大为2级;而冷水处理榆木初期开裂等级最大为4级,截面变形等级最大为3级;热水处理榆木从30%到5%所用时间平均为13.4h,含水率从30%到1%平均干燥速度为5.16%/h;而冷水处理榆木从30%到5%所用时间平均为14.03 h,含水率从30%到1%平均干燥速度为2.8%/h。
Drying characteristics of pre-treated elm wood was determined with 100℃ test method. The results show that: there are obvious difference of the drying characteristics between hot water treatment specimen and cooling water. Both of the initial check and cross-sectional deformation are grade 2 furthest. However, there are grade 4 furthest initial checks and grader 3 furthest cross-sectional deformation; It costs 13.4h for the moisture content of hot water treatment elm wood from 30% to 5%, and the average drying speed for the moisture content from from30% to 1% is 5.16%/h. For the cooling water treatment, it costs 14.03h and the average drying speed is 2.8%/h
