江苏省地下水超采区划分方法对比研究

Contrastive analysis of division methods for groundwater-overdraft regions in Jiangsu

地下水超采区评价是落实最严格水资源管理制度的重要措施,运用适宜的划分方法则是超采区评价的重中之重。本文采用水位埋深动态法、引发问题法、开采系数法等方法开展江苏省地下水超采区划分,并对划分结果进行对比分析。结果表明:由于地面沉降相对水位变化的滞后性、不同方法依据的统计数据口径差异、地面沉降研究程度的地区差异等原因,各方法的划分结果及最佳适用范围有所不同。因此,开展区域性地下水超采区评价,应综合各种方法的划分结果,从主客观多方面因素分析,以得到最符合实际的评价结果。

Evaluation of groundwater-overdraft regions is an important step for the strictest water resources management system.The selection of an appropriate division method is the base of the evaluation.The division methods of water-level dynamics,exploitation coefficient and induced problem are used for the evaluation of groundwater-overdraft regions at Jiangsu Province.The results of different methods are contrastively analyzed.Due to the hysteretic nature between subsidence and change in groundwater level in aquifer,accuracy difference in statistical data for different methods and the regional difference in research degree to the subsidence,the results show that the division results with different methods are different.Each method has its own application scope and division results.For the most realistic evaluation results,the evaluation should be integrated the results from various division methods,and various subjective and objective factors need to be taken into account comprehensively.
