摘要
该文介绍了变频空压机和工频空压机联动控制的网络连接方法、控制系统的设置方法以及联动控制系统的运行特点,在此基础上结合实例分析了联动控制状态下各用气阶段变频和工频空压机的工作状态。变频空压机与工频空压机的联动控制技术为企业供气系统提供了更加稳定的供气压力,实现了节能环保,降低了成本消耗,提高了空压机运行的安全性和可靠性。
This paper introduces the network connection method with the use of frequency conversion and power air compressor,also introduce the setting method of control system and operating characteristics of linkage control system.On the basis of above illustration,gas phase state is analyzed under the linkage control technology for frequency conversion and power air compressor.Linkage control technology of frequency conversion and power air compressor provide more stable gas supply system,realizing the energy saving and environmental protection,reducing the cost,improving the safety and reliability of compressor operation.
