摘要
通过对再循环冷却水泵填料密封装置失效原因的分析和改造方案的比较,提出了采用泥状填料来弥补填料密封装置的设计缺陷和解决盘根密封存在的问题。应用结果表明,改进后的填料密封装置安装简便、效果显著、实用性强,节约了维修费用和水资源,提高了设备运行的稳定性和核电站热阱的可靠性。
From analysising the failure cause of Recirculated Cooling Water Pump packing seal and comparison of improvement projects,the advance programme is accepted that the mud supplys a gap which is in the design defects of filler sealing and solves the problems of the roots of a seal.The application of the results show that the improvement of the sealing device after installed and worked,with high practicability and economy in the maintenance costs and water resources,increase the operation of equipment and plant the stability of the pitfalls of reliability.
