摘要
分析了车辆减速器轨枕板基础存在的问题及原因;提出了钢台座轨道板基础的解决方案;采用有限元计算方法对轨枕板和钢台座轨道板基础进行了强度分析和对比;试制了样机并在现场安装使用。轨道板式减速器的研制使基础强度和寿命大幅提高。
This paper analyzes the problems of car retarder's track slab base in use and proposes a solu- tion. The strength of track slab base and steel pedestal track slab base are analyzed and compared using finite element analysis. The prototype test machine has been deployed in field and it is demonstrated that steel pedestal track slab base can enhance the strength and life of the base by using car retarder with track slab base.
