摘要
伴随医院数字化的快速发展,电子病历的广泛应用及其质控系统的优越性逐步显现,为患者提供更加高效快捷的医疗。文章结合电子病历质控系统的作用,总结梳理了电子病历质控系统的构建和运行模式,分析了现行电子病历质控系统存在的一些问题和不足,并针对性地提出可以提高时效性、易操作性的改进措施。希望通过措施的采纳实施,能有效改善医院病历质量管理效能,提升医院管理水平。
With the rapid development of digital hospital, the advantages of the wide application of electronic medical records and its quality control system have become obvious, which provide more efficient and fast medical service for pa- tients. Based on the analysis of the role of quality control system of electronic medical records, the paper summarizes the construction and operation mode of the quality control system, analyzes the problems existing in the current system, and puts forward measures which can improve the timeliness and targeted operability. The implementation of the meas- ures is expected to effectively improve the quality management efficiency of hospital medical records and enhance the ca- pacity of hospital management.
