摘要
目的:分析人性化护理对外科手术患者的应用效果。方法:2012年1月-2012年12月共有500例普通外科患者接受择期手术。根据住院号码的大小,将患者分为实验组250例,对照组250例。实验组采用人性化的护理,对照组采用常规的护理方法。比较两组患者围手术期生命体征及术后疼痛情况,同时调查患者对手术室护理服务的满意度。结果:两组在围手术期生命体征变化方面及术后疼痛评分方面具有明显差异(P<0.05),且实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施人性化护理不但能提高外科手术患者的护理质量,同时提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic nursing for surgical patients. Methods From January 2012 to December 2012 ,a total of 500 patients of general department underwent elective surgery. According to the hospitalization numbers, patients were assigned into two groups. Two hundred and fifty cases in the treatment group received humanistic nursing, while 250 cases in the control group received conventional nursing. We compared the perioperative vital signs,postoperative pain conditions and investigated the patient satisfaction with the nursing in operation room. Results There was significant difference in perioperative vital signs and postoperative pain score be- tween the two groups(P〈0.05). Patients" satisfaction was higher in the treatment group in comparison with the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions The implementation of humanistic nursing could improve the quality of nursing for pa- tients undergoing surgery and improve the patients' satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
