摘要
介绍了一种实用的汽车大灯配光镜模具潜伏式浇口的结构。通过模具开模,先把产品顶出2~3 mm的距离,产品和回料在剪切力的作用下,使产品和回料分离。顶针在顶针板的作用下,继续顶出回料,从而实现产品与回料的自动分离。克服了普通直浇口侧边进胶结构的不足,既保证了产品外观在浇口区域没有严重的浇口痕迹,又消除了在浇口区域内存在的划伤隐患,使得产品更加美观。同时也易于更换、维修浇口镶件,利于无人化、自动化的大批量生产。
A concealed gate structure of the practical automobile headlight lens mould is in-troduced in this paper.First,the product will be pushed out with 2~3 mm via the opening of the mould,and it will be separated from the recirculating scrap by the shear force.Then, the ejector rob continues to push out the recirculating scrap with the effect of the ejector plate to realize the automatic separation of products and recirculating scraps.Overcoming the defects of the common side-feeding gate,this new concealed gate structure not only en-sures that the appearance of the product in the gate area is beautiful and has no serious gate marks,but also eliminates the scratches in the gate region.At the same time,it is easy to change and repair the gate insert and is more beneficial to theautomatic unmanned mass pro-duction.
