摘要
应用CAD/CAE技术对汽车后三角窗玻璃包边注塑模进行设计。运用Moldflow对塑件进行成型仿真分析,采用Pro/E软件建立塑件实体模型和分型面设计,并利用EMX进行了模架调用与装配,最后拟定了模具结构。该方法有效地缩短产品的开发周期,降低了模具的设计和制造成本。
An injection mould for the edging of automotive back triangle glass was designed on the basis of CAD/CAE technology.An appropriate mould structure was determined ac-cording to the molding simulation based on Moldflow,the solid model and parting surface designbased on Pro/E and the mould frame transferring and assembling in EMX.It shows that the application of CAD/CAE technology can shorten the development cycle and reduce the costs of mould design and manufacturing.
