医患会话能够加强医患之间的沟通和交流,对患者的治疗能够起到积极的作用。本文主要介绍在语言学视域下医患会话分析的特点,还分析了需要医患会话的一些原因。并且根据我国中医医学的相关研究,采取有效的措施来加强医患之间的会话,促进医疗媒体的客观报道,使得中医医患之间能够建立一种良好的会话关系,帮助患者能够早日恢复健康。

The doctor-patient sessions can strengthen communication and exchanges between doctors and patients, the treatment of patients can play a positive role .This paper describes the characteristics of the doctor-patient conversation analysis in the field of linguistics and also presents the necessity of doctor -patient conversation analysis.According to China＇s TCM medicine related research , some effective measures should be taken to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients , and promote objective coverage of medical media , in order to makes it possible to establish a good doctor-patient relationship and to help patients recover as soon as possible.
