自我效能理论在全喉切除术后护理中的应用

Application of self-efficacy theory in postoperative nursing of patients with laryngeal carcinoma

目的观察自我效能理论在全喉切除术后护理中的应用效果。方法将60例喉癌患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组运用自我效能理论指导喉癌患者的护理。结果实验组患者的自我效能及术后生命质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将自我效能理论应用于喉癌患者的护理中,可提高患者的术后生命质量。

Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy intervention on the quality of life of postoperative patients with laryngeal carcinoma .Methods Total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases were treated with conventional nursing （the control group） and other 30 cases with self-efficacy intervention on the basis of conventional nursing （ the experimental group ） .Results The quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group .Conclusions If the self-efficacy theory is applied to the care of laryngeal carcinoma patients , the quality of life of postoperative patients could be improved .
