山西省区域教育发展探析

An Analysis of Regional Educational Development in Shanxi Province

山西省正处于经济转型发展的攻坚阶段,其区域经济的发展影响着区域教育的发展,同样,区域教育发展对山西区域经济的发展具有一定的促进作用。山西省区域教育是服务型的区域教育、可持续发展的区域教育、具有区域特色的教育、注重内涵发展的区域教育,其发展途径包括微观和宏观两个层面。就微观层面而言,应建立优质的学前教育,全面推进九年义务教育,拓展高中阶段的教育范围和规模,加快高等教育的转型发展,完善特色职业教育,建立开放式的终身教育体系;就宏观层面而言,地方政府要给予政策性支持,加大对区域教育的投资力度,关注区域教育师资队伍建设,加强区域教育的信息化和现代化,加强区域内外的教育交流合作。

Shanxi Province is at a crucial stage of economic transformation and development, and regional economic development has an effect on the development of regional education in Shanxi Province. In the same way, the research on the regional educational development would promote the regional economic development in our province. The regional education in Shanxi Province is the kind of service-oriented education and the kind of education of sustainable development, and it is the kind of education with regional characteristics emphasizing the connotative development. So we can develop the regional education in Shanxi Province at both the macro and micro levels. At the micro level, we should establish the high-quality preschool education, promote the nine-year compulsory education, expand the educational range and contents of high school education, quicken the transitional development of higher education, perfect the characteristic vocational ed- ucation and build an open and lifelong educational system. At the macro level, the local government should provide the pol- icy support, increase the investment into the regional education, pay attention to the construction of teaching staff, enhance the informationalization and modernization of regional education and strengthen the educational communication and cooperation inside and outside regions.
