基于学术博客的个体知识转移作用效果评价研究

Research on Individual Knowledge Transfer Effect Evaluation Based on Academic Blog

本文在分析学术博客个体知识转移研究不足的基础上,构建了针对学术博客中个体知识转移作用效果评价体系,采用模糊综合评判方法,对知识转移媒介在个体之间知识转移的作用效果进行评价,并对评价结果进行了深入分析,同时与期刊文献作为个体之间知识转移作用效果比较,结果显示学术博客在个体知识转移上的效能超过期刊文献,表明学术博客对于推进个体之间的知识转移具有明显的优势。

Based on the analysis of the lack of research in personal knowledge transfer, this article buildsup the evaluation system aiming at the effects of personal knowledge transfer in academic blogs. By meansof fuzzy comprehension evaluation method, it also evaluates the effects that knowledge transfer mediahave on personal knowledge transfer and digs deep into the effects. Meanwhile, compared with the effectsof journal articles as personal knowledge transfer, the result shows that the effects of academic blogs aresuperior to those of journal articles, which proves that academic blogs have advantages in the propulsionof personal knowledge transfer.
