摘要
目的:研究断乳大鼠铁强化膳食对其成年高脂膳食诱导肥胖后血清瘦素水平的影响。方法:将85只初断乳雄性SD大鼠随机分为基础饲料组和高(4倍)、中(3倍)、低(2倍)剂量铁强化组。4周后各组均以基础饲料喂养1周,于第5周末测定大鼠体脂和血清瘦素含量。将基础饲料组16只大鼠随机分为正常对照组和肥胖诱导组,肥胖诱导组和3个铁强化组均喂以高脂饲料。高脂干预8周后处死所有大鼠计算脂/体比,检测血清瘦素含量。结果:高脂干预后,肥胖诱导组体重、体脂含量、瘦素水平均高于其他各组,3个铁强化组瘦素含量高于正常对照组。结论:生命早期适量补铁能够促进大鼠成年期肥胖诱导后的脂肪分解,维持大鼠体重平衡,保证机体瘦素分泌及功能正常。
Objective: To research the effects of iron -fortified diet after ablactation on serum leptin levels of rats after adulthood obesity induction. Methods: Eighty - five male SD rats after ablactation were randomly divided into basic diet group, high - dose iron - for- tiffed group (4 times), medium - dose iron - fortified group (3 times) and low - dose iron - fortified group (2 times) . After 4 weeks, all the rats were fed with basic diet for one week. Body fat and serum leptin levels were detected on the fifth week. Sixteen rats in basic diet group were randomly divided into normal control group and obesity induction group. The rats in obesity induction group and three iron -forti- fied groups were all fed with high - fat diet. After 8 weeks of high fat intervention, all the rats were put to death, fat/body ratios were calcu- lated and serum leptin levels were detected. Results: After high fat intervention, body weight, fat/body ratio and leptin level in obesity in- duction group were higher than those in the other groups. Leptin levels in three iron - fortified groups were higher than that in normal control group. Conclusion: Appropriate iron supplement in early life can promote lipolysis of rats after adulthood obesity induction, maintain the balance of body weight, ensure normal secretion and function of leptin.
