婴幼儿食品中铝含量的ICP-MS法测定 被引量:13

摘要 目的建立一种电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定婴幼儿食品中铝的含量的方法。方法样品经HNO3微波消解并赶酸,以Sc做内标物,以减小基体效应,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)检测方法上机,通过样品中铝的信号强度和浓度成正比,对百余种婴幼儿食品奶粉、米粉、鱼泥和肉酥等婴幼儿食品中的铝进行测定。结果该方法检出限为0.075 mg/kg,线性相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率为91.0%~112%。结论婴幼儿食品中奶粉中铝的残留量较少,均在<0.075 mg/kg^6.90 mg/kg。但部分品牌米粉,和大部分鱼泥、蔬菜泥、肉酥的铝含量却不容乐观,还有部分面条、磨牙饼干的铝含量更高。 Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass( ICP- MS) method to determine aluminum in infant food. Methods Infant food was digested with HNO3 by microwave oven,taking Sc as internal standard substance to reduce the matrix effect. With ICP- MS,aluminum in hundreds of infant foods( infant milk powder,rice powder,fish paste and meat crisp,et al) was detected by the direct proportion between the signal and concentration of aluminum in samples. Results The detection limit was 0. 075 mg / kg,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9999 with the good recovery in the range of91. 0% ~ 112%. Conclusion Aluminum in milk power was poor with the range of less than 0. 075 mg / kg ~ 6. 90 mg / kg.But,the content of aluminum in other infant food,such as rice powder in some brands,most of fish paste,vegetable paste,meat crisp,was not very disappointing. Besides,some infant noodles and molar biscuit contained higher quantities of aluminum.
