摘要
目的研究3种微量元素锰、铅、铝对正常人的心血管自主神经功能以及神经行为功能的影响,以及心血管自主神经功能对神经行为的影响。方法采用Ewing DJ推荐的心血管自主神经功能测试组合(ANS)测试正常人心血管自主神经系统功能,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的神经行为核心测验组合判断研究对象的情感状态和认知功能。使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定血锰浓度、血铅浓度和尿铝浓度。对三者进行Pearson相关分析。结果微量元素中血锰和血铅与心血管自主神经功能存在显著相关;尿铝与心血管自主神经功能相关性不显著;血锰、血铅、尿铝与神经行为功能的相关性体现在不同方面;心血管自主神经功能与神经行为功能的某些方面相关。结论微量元素锰、铅、铝可能影响心血管自主神经功能以及神经行为功能的不同方面。
Objective To evaluate the adverse effect of three kinds of trace elements manganese,lead and aluminum on healthy people’s cardiovascular autonomic nervous and neurobehavioral function,as well as the influence of cardiovascular autonomic nervous on the neurobehavioral function. Methods Autonomic nervous system( ANS) function of healthy people was tested by ANS function test battery recommended by Ewing DJ and the emotion states and cognition function of investigated objects was determined and analyzed by the tests of neuro- behavior battery recommended by WHO. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spetrophotometry was used to determine the concentration of manganese and lead in blood and concentration of aluminum in urine. Pearson correlation was conducted to analyze their associations. Results Blood mn concentration and blood pb concentration were significantly related to cardiovascular autonomic nervous system,but there was no significant correlation between urine aluminum and cardiovascular autonomic nervous system. The correlations between three kinds of trace elements and neurobehavioral function were reflected on different aspects. Cardiovascular autonomic nervous system influences some parts of neurobehavioral function. Conclusion The result inferred that the three kinds of trace elements manganese,lead and aluminum may have adverse effect on cardiovascular autonomic nervous system and neurobehavioral function.
