检测类风湿关节炎患者血清DcR3、IL-4和IFN-γ免疫的临床意义 被引量:2

The clinical significance in the immunity detection of serum DcR3,IL-4 and IFN-γ in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

摘要 目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中诱骗受体3(DcR3)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)的水平变化,更好地为RA的治疗和预防提供临床依据。方法选择120例RA患者作为RA组,100例健康体检者作为正常对照组。用酶联免疫吸附试验-双抗体夹心法检测血清中DcR3、IFN-γ和IL-4浓度,并进行统计学处理,比较RA组与正常对照组、RA缓解期与活动期之间的差异,分析RA患者血清DcR3与IFN-γ、IL-4的相关性。结果 RA组血清DcR3、IFN-γ和IL-4的浓度均显著高于正常对照组(t=47.74、t=38.65、t=63.12,P<0.05);RA活动期血清DcR3、IFN-γ和IL-4的平均浓度显著高于缓解期(t=28.12、t=15.43、t=13.36,P<0.05);RA组血清DcR3与IFN-γ、IL-4呈正相关(r=0.898、r=0.873,P<0.05)。结论 DcR3参与了RA的病理免疫过程;RA患者血清TH1和TH2类细胞因子均增高,以IFN-γ和IL-4最显著,且与DcR3变化呈正相关。 Objective In order to better provide clinical basis for the treatment and prevention of rheumatoid arthritis( RA),we detected the changing level of decoy receptor 3( DcR3),interferon gamma( IFN- γ) and interleukin 4( IL- 4) in the serum of patients with RA. Methods 120 cases of RA patients were enrolled as RA group,100 healthy subjects served as normal control group. By sandwich technique- ELISA method to detect the concentration of DcR3,IFN- γ and IL- 4 in serum,we statistically analyzed the experimental data and compared RA group with normal control group. To find out if there are differences between RA remission period and active period,we conducted correlation analysis of serum RA with DcR3 and IFN- γ,IL- 4.Results The concentration of DcR3,IFN- γ and IL- 4 in the serum of RA patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy group( t = 47. 74,t = 38. 65,t = 63. 12,P 〈 0. 05). In the active period,the average concentration of DcR3,IFN- γand IL- 4 in the serum was significantly higher than that in remission period( t = 28. 12,t = 15. 43,t = 13. 36,P 〈 0. 05),serum DcR3 in RA patient was positively correlated with IFN- γ and IL- 4( r = 0. 898,r = 0. 873,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion DcR3 is involved in the pathological process of RA; the levels of TH1 and TH2 cytokines in the serum of patients with RA are all increased,especially IFN- γ and IL- 4 which are positively correlated with DcR3.
