2011年-2013年许昌市手足口病病原学监测结果分析 被引量:11

Etiologic analysis of mornitoring results of hand-food-mouth cases in Xuchang between 2011 and 2013

摘要 目的了解许昌市2011年-2013年手足口病病原体型别和分布特征,为制定科学有效的防控措施提供依据。方法采用real-time RT-PCR法,检测2011年1月1日-2013年12月31日间许昌市本地部分临床诊断手足口病例粪便、肛拭子、咽拭子、疱疹液标本的病毒核酸;采用描述流行病学分析方法进行监测数据分析。结果共采集、检测1 774例手足口病患者的1 774份临床标本,阳性1 048份,总阳性率为59.08%,其中EV71阳性513份(占48.95%),CA16阳性244份(占23.28%),其他肠道病毒阳性291份(占27.77%)。不同年份病原构成不同(χ2=78.211,P<0.05),重症病例和普通病例病原构成不同(χ2=91.926,P<0.05)。结论引起手足口病的肠道病毒优势毒株2011年和2012年以EV71为主,2013年以其他肠病毒为主;重症病例主要由EV71引起。 Objective To investigate the etiological types and distribution features of hand- foot- mouth disease( HFMD) in Xuchang between 2011 and 2013,and provide basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods The specimens of stool,anus swabs,herpes fluid,throat swab of the part local clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD were collected between2011 and 2013 in Xuchang. These specimens were tested by real- time RT- PCR. Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data. Results 1 774 specimens from clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD were collected and tested. 1 048 cases were positive,the positive rate was 59. 08%. Including 513 cases of EV71 positive,244 cases of CA16 positive,and 291 cases of other enterovirus positive. The constituent ratio of EV71,CA16 and other enterovirus was different between 2011 to2013( χ2= 78. 211,P 〈 0. 05),and between the severe cases and common cases( χ2= 91. 926,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion EV71 virus was the dominant strain in 2011 and 2012,other enterovirus was the dominant strain in 2013. The severe cases of HFMD mainly were caused by EV71.
