摘要
目的了解2013年化妆品卫生质量情况,为卫生监督部门及有关标准的修订提供科学依据。方法对2013年进口化妆品和国产化妆品,按照《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)的方法进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果检测涉及到的化妆品卫生化学和微生物指标共计60项,卫生化学指标中汞、砷、铅、苯酚、氢醌、甲醇、酮康唑、二噁烷、性激素(7项)、抗生素(6项)、甲硝唑、氮芥、防晒剂(15项)、染发剂(8项)、去屑剂(3项)、α-羟基酸(4项)、斑螯素均符合《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)的要求;微生物指标中粪大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均符合《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)的要求。这60项检测指标中有57项指标合格率均达100%,卫生化学指标中α-羟基酸分类中的柠檬酸合格率为80%,微生物指标中菌落总数合格率为99.2%,霉菌和酵母菌合格率为99.8%。结论需要加大化妆品管理力度,建立健全相关法律法规、标准和检测方法,进一步提高化妆品卫生安全水平。
Objective To investigate the hygienic quality of cosmetics in 2013 and provide scientific basis for health inspection and standard modification. Methods Samples,no matter import or domestic,were detected according to hygienic standard for cosmetics( version 2007) and results were analyzed. Results The detection was mainly on 60 indexes,including chemical and microbial indexes. Among the chemical detections,mercury,arsenic,lead,phenol,hydroquinone,methanol,ketoconazole,dioxane,sexual hormones,antibiotics,metronidazoie,chlormethine,UV filters,Hair Coloring agent,antidangdruff agents,α- hydroxy acid,cantharidin accorded with hygienic standard for cosmetics( version 2007); and among the microbial detections,fecal coliforms,pseudomonas aeruginosa,staphylococcus aureus were all accorded with hygienic standard for cosmetics( version 2007). In the 60 detection items,the qualified rate of these 57 indexes was 100%. The qualified rate of citric acid,aerobic bacterial count and molds and yeast count were 80%,99. 2% and 99. 8% respectively. Conclusion On cosmetic management,We need to increase efforts to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations,standards and testing methods to further improve the level of health and safety of cosmetics.
