协同对象、协同模式与创新绩效——基于国家工程技术研究中心的实证研究

Collaboration Partners, Collaboration Models and Innovation Performance: An Empirical Study on Chinese National Engineering Research Center

从协同创新的角度,以国家工程技术研究中心为研究背景,探讨了协同对象、协同模式和创新绩效的关系。研究结果显示,不同的协同对象和协同模式对创新绩效的影响都存在差异,在协同对象中,国家工程技术研究中心与企业和与国外机构的协同对创新绩效存在显著影响;在协同模式中,技术协同、中试协同和生产协同对创新绩效存在显著影响。

In this paper, we use Chinese National Engineering Research Center as study background. From the perspective of collaboration innovation, it is explored relationship between collaboration partners, collaboration model and innovation performance. The results show that there are differences in the impact of different collaboration partners and collaboration model on innovation performance. Collaboration with enterprises and foreign institutions significantly influence innovation performance; And collaboration in technology, pilot and production significantly affect innovation performance
