李调元重视饮食及其文化传承,崇尚民间常珍和俭朴饮食,讲究饮食礼仪、以食尽孝成礼。深入总结和认识李调元的饮食观及实践,并在当今的饮食生活和餐饮业中加以学习借鉴,不仅将促进当代中国饮食文化的传承,也将推动饮食文明建设和中国餐饮业发展。
Li Tiaoyuan valued dietary traditions and their inheritance ,especially the simple folk dining and ta-ble etiquettes.This paper presents a summary of his dietary philosophy and practices before applying them to modern dining and the catering industry so as to promote the continuation of Chinese culinary culture and to boost the development of the industry and civilized dining .
