摘要
在我国,病人受"大医院"情结的影响,偏好到大型公立医院就诊,这导致我国大多数的大型公立医院人满为患,特别是在就诊高峰时期,拥堵现象非常严重。以四川大学华西医院为研究对象,针对其门诊部就诊高峰期通道利用不均衡、患者高度拥挤且无序的现象,建立整数规划模型,将各科室现场挂号和预约挂号两种类型病人分配到合理的就诊通道,力求使得病人的行走距离最短,最后基于CPLEX平台,对华西医院的实际数据进行编程求解。
In China, patients who are influenced by"large hospital"are preferred to large public hospital, this led to the majority of large public hospital are crowded, especially during the peak to see the doctor. The paper research on the West China Hospital of Sichuan University, aiming at the disequilibrium of outpatient passage and patients with highly crowded, and established the integer programming model. The paper will put the registration and appointment patients to reasonable distribution passage, to make patients walking distance of the shortest, and based on the CPLEX, programming to solve the actual data.
