摘要 Pendrin蛋白是可溶性转运家族26A(SLC26A)中的一员,SLC26A是一个阴离子交换转运体家族,包含SAT-1、DTDST、DRA/CLD及prestin等多个可转运各种阴离子的成员。该蛋白在体内分布广泛,主要功能为转运氯离子、碘离子、碳酸氢根等多种单价或二价离子,从而维持组织中离子的稳态。
