复方卡力孜然酊联合他克莫司软膏治疗儿童白癜风疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Compound Kaliziranding Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment Treatment of Children Vitiligo

目的:观察复方卡力孜然酊联合他克莫司外用治疗儿童白癜风临床疗效。方法:采用单盲随机对照试验的研究方法,将63例白癜风患儿随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例,治疗组外用复方卡力孜然酊联合他克莫司软膏,连续3个月,对照组外用复方卡力孜然酊,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为62.50%和48.39%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方卡力孜然酊联合他克莫司治疗儿童白癜风疗效确切,二者联合具有协同作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Kaliziranding combined with tacrolimus ointment treatment of children vitiligo. Methods： Using the method of random, single blind, controlled, 63 cases of children were randomly divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （31 cases）. The treatment group received topical compound Kaliziranding combined with tacrolimus ointment, successive 3 months. The control group received topical compound Kaliziranding respectively. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 62. 50% and 48. 39% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Kaliziranding combined with tacrolimus ointment play a complementary role in treating children with vitiligo. It is worthy of clinical application.
