摘要
随着中国实体经济的快速发展、金融体系的深入改革以及国家发挥市场主导作用的不断强化,汇率市场化回归终将成为必然。中国一直以来的强制性汇率制度供给常常引发制度供给过剩或制度供给不足,供给主导型的制度供给同时呈现出鲜明的稳定性与收益最大化的优势和在不同时期出现制度供给不足与过剩的局限性。只有兼顾汇率制度供给与需求两方面因素,力求汇率制度的供求均衡,才能使汇率市场化得以实现。
With the rapid development of real economy in China, the reform of financial system continues to deepen. The country still plays a leading role in the market. So the exchange rate marketization is becoming in- evitable. Mandatory exchange rate system supply leads to the excess or shortage of system supply. Supply-leading system supply shows the obvious stability and the advantages of maximized benefits. But it still shows the excess or shortage of supply in different periods. So it is vital to take the supply and demand of exchange rate system into consideration so as to strive to balance the supply and demand of exchange rate system. Finally, the exchange rate marketization will be achieved.
