摘要
如何保持长期持久的竞争力是组织发展的头等大事,而竞争优势的保持和发扬在很大程度上取决于比竞争对手具备更快的学习和创新能力。学习已经从个人行为转变为组织行为。近些年关于学习型组织的研究层出不穷,很多组织也开始把创建学习型组织作为其发展的目标,并且通过实际运作得到了多方面的提升。学习型组织成为组织发展的一种基本模式和生存哲学。相关研究表明,学习型组织的测量维度应包括团队学习与合作、学习承诺与支持、建立捕获与分享学习经验的系统、战略领导。学习型组织通过对学习与成长维度产生影响,从而对财务维度、顾客维度、内部运营与流程维度都会产生一定的影响。
