摘要
乌克兰事件的实质是坚持奉行"亲西疏俄"路线和俄欧争夺相互交织而引发的一场区域性地缘政治动荡。乌克兰自独立以来坚持选择面向欧洲一体化的国家发展道路,引发俄罗斯的不安和不满,莫斯科最终失去了笼络基辅的耐心,接纳了宣布独立的克里米亚。乌克兰前四届总统在面向欧洲一体化还是面向欧亚一体化之间摇摆不定,现任总统波罗申科签署了乌克兰与欧盟联系协议,对俄罗斯而言,损失巨大。乌克兰危机在很大程度上反映了欧洲联盟和欧亚联盟两大经济集团的对抗与博弈。
The essence of the Ukraine Crisis is a regional geopolitical turbulence,which arises from the adherence to the strategy of'being close to the West and distancing Russia'and the ferocious contest between Europe and Russia.Since its independence,Ukraine has always adhered to the development path of getting involved in European integration,which caused Russia's anxiety and discontent.Russia finally lost its patience in winning over Kiev and accepted Crimea which had declared independence.The first four presidents of Ukraine all wavered between European integration and Eurasian integration.Now that Prescient Poroshenko has signed EU-Ukraine Associate Agreements,Russia suffered great loss.The Ukraine Crisis,in essence,embodies competition and mutual confrontation between EU and Eurasian Union.
