摘要
在火力发电厂锅炉中,随着设备长时间运行,回转式空气预热器漏风越来越大,严重影响机组安全经济运行,因此对回转式空气预热器进行了柔性接触式密封技术改造。通过对电厂中空预器柔性接触式密封技术的介绍,重点阐述分析了空预器改造后效果及带来的经济效益,可为同类设备改造提供一些参考。
In the boiler of thermal power plant, with the long-running equipment, air leakage of rotary air preheater is growing, which seriously affects the safe operation of the unit, so the flexible contact sealing technology transformation of the rotary air preheater is conducted. Through the introduction of the flexible contact sealing technology of the air preheater in power plant, this paper focuses on the analysis of the effect and economic benefits of the air preheater after transformation, which can provide some reference for similar equipment modification.
