浅析电网基建项目运转效率

Analysis of the Operating Efficiency of the Power Grid Infrastructure Project

针对电网基建投资项目中存在的问题,开展基建项目过程管控分析。一是分析各类基建项目阶段计划执行情况,评价各类基建工程合理工期,查找进度执行滞后项目;二是分析项目建设中各业务部门协同配合情况,查找内部协作不顺畅环节,查找影响项目进度关键环节及重要因素。

For the existing problems of grid infrastructure investment project, this paper carries out the process management and control analysis of infrastructure project. Firstly, it analyzes the implementation of phase program of all kinds of infrastructure projects, evaluates the reasonable period of various types of infrastructure projects, and finds out the lagging project in implementation; secondly it analyzes the collaboration of all business sectors in project construction and looks for unsmooth link of internal collaboration and finds out the key links and important factors affecting the project schedule.
