摘要
干部岗位设置应实现由身份管理向岗位管理转变,岗位管理是"按需定岗",岗位管理不能取代身份管理,既看岗也看人,二者统一形成合力是干部岗位设置新模式。
The setting of cadre positions should transform from identity management to position management. Position management sets positions by the need. Post management can't take place of identity management to manage both the positions and characters. The unification of identity management and position management is a new setting mode of cadre positions.
