外包工程对工程建设的影响越来越大,外包合同超付款的问题就是其在管理上带来的难题中之一。本文就外部劳务队伍超合同付款的原因进行了深入的剖析,将造成超付款的主要现象一一进行了列举,并提出了各种有效的预防措施。
The influence of outsourcing projects is bigger and bigger for engineering construction. The excess payment of outsourcing contracts in excess is one of its problems in the management.
