摘要
随着微时代的发展,图书馆的读者培训工作也面临新的课题。微交流是图书馆利用自媒体形式跟读者交流,推进读者培训的一种新的方法。新信息技术的使用,使培训时间随机方便,读者培训方式更加灵活,通过博客、微博、微信、咨询QQ群等一系列微方式,将参与培训的读者组织起来交流评论,使读者培训交流更为广泛深入。
With the development of micro age, the training work of library readers has new issues. Micro communication is a kind of new methods for the library to communicate with readers by the self-media and promote the readers training. The use of new information technology makes the training time more random and convenient and the ways of reader training more flexible. A series of micro ways such as blogs, microblog, wechat and QQ group can organize the readers participate in the training to communicate with each others, and make the training and communication of the readers more extensive and deep.
