高校行政人员担任班主任的思考

Thinking on Administrative Staffs Being Headteachers in Colleges and Universities

目前在高校中,工作人员主要由行政人员和专职教师构成,二者工作性质、方式等方面的不同也会对班主任工作带来不同的影响,与传统的专职教师担任班主任相比,行政人员在担任班主任方面有很多自己的特点,在这里进行阐述分析,旨在完善高校中行政人员担任班主任的工作模式。

The staffs in colleges and universities at present mainly consist of administrative staffs and full-time teachers. The difference of the works and methods of the two will bring different influence to leadteacher＇s work. Compared with the traditional full-time teachers as headteachers, administrative staffs have many own characteristics in leadteacher＇s work. This paper analyzes these to prefect the work model of administrative staffs being headteachers in colleges and universities.
