Establishment of Teaching Management Evaluation Model in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

本文运用量化的思想将高职院校教学管理工作细化,在调查分析的基础上获得高职院校教学管理评价指标体系,对教学管理工作进行定量评价,通过评价模型的运用可以更客观地反映高职院校各系部教学管理工作水平。

This paper refines the teaching management of higher vocational colleges by the idea of quantization. Based on the research and analysis, it obtains the evaluation index system of teaching management of higher vocational colleges and takes quantitative evaluation for teaching management work. The level of teaching management work of all the departments in higher vocational colleges can be reflected more objectively by the evaluation model.
