妇女乳腺癌预防行为意向的影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of maternal breast cancer prevention behavior and intention

目的:研究妇女乳腺癌预防行为意向影响因素。方法:利用乳腺癌预防行为意向调查问卷,根据整体随机抽样方法,调查某市378名妇女的乳腺癌预防行为意向,分析相关的影响因素及各因素作用大小。结果:不同年龄、学历、职业、婚姻状况、绝经情况及有无乳腺良性疾病史的女性在调查量表中所取得的分值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大部分女性已经意识到压力大、遗传及年龄与乳腺癌疾病的产生存在较大关联。乳腺癌早期症状主要表现为乳房无痛性肿块及腋窝肿块。大部分女性对自我检查时间及检查频率了解程度不够。有307名女性完全同意乳腺癌的预防非常关键,与其他项目比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社区女性乳腺癌与预防行为、态度及预防知识了解程度呈正相关(r=5.27)。结论:加强乳腺癌预防方法的宣传,便于让女性意识到乳腺癌预防的重要性,尽早发现乳腺癌疾病,及时为乳腺癌患者制定合理的治疗方案。

Objective： To research the influencing factors of maternal breast cancer prevention behavior and intention. Methods： Breast cancer prevention behavior and intention were surveyed among 378 women in a city by an investigation questionnaire according to clus- ter random sampling method, the related influencing factors were analyzed. Results： There were statistically significant differences＇ in the scores of questionnaire among the women of different ages, educational levels, occupations, marital statuses, menopausal statuses and combi- ning with benign breast diseases or not （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Most women had realized that pressure, genetics and age were associated with breast diseases. The early symptoms of breast cancer mainly included painless lumps and axillary lumps. Most women did not know self - examina- tion time and frequency exactly. A total of 307 women agreed prevention of breast cancer was critical, compared with the other projects, there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was a positive correlation between breast cancer prevention behavior, attitude and preventive knowledge （ r = 5.27 ） . Conclusion ： The measures to prevent breast cancer include strengthening publicity of preventive meth- ods of breast cancer, making the women to realize the importance of breast cancer prevention, finding breast diseases as soon as possible and timely giving reasonable therapy for breast cancer patients.
