彩色多普勒超声诊断在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in screening of fetal congenital heart diseases

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断在胎儿先天性心脏病筛查中的临床应用价值。方法：选取2012-2013年在医院行产前筛查的孕妇536例（551例胎儿）,采用B超筛查胎儿的先天性心脏病,观察彩色多普勒超声对先天性心脏病的临床诊断价值。结果：在筛查的551例胎儿中,有21例经过彩色多普勒超声检查发现存在心脏异常,经上级医院复核及手术病理分析,诊断符合率为95.24（20/21）,判断偏差1例,占4.76%。结论：彩色多普勒超声对胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断准确率较高,在诊断上具有很大的优势,在常规的先天性心脏病患者筛查中值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in screening of fetal congenital heart diseases. Methods： A total of 536 pregnant women （551 fetuses） receiving prenatal screening in this hospital from 2012 to 2013 were se- lected, type B ultrasound was used to screen fetal congenital heart diseases, the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal congenital heart diseases was observed. Results： Among 551 fetuses, 21 fetuses were found with cardiac abnormalities after color Doppler ultrasonography, after reexamination in superior hospitals and surgical pathological examination, the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 95.24 （20/21）, diagnostic deviation occurred in one fetus, accounting for 4. 76%. Conclusion： The diagnostic accurate rate of color Doppler ul- trasound for fetal congenital heart diseases is high, which has a great advantage in diagnosis, and the method should be widely applied in rou- tine screening of congenital heart diseases.
