库车县维吾尔族女性艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为调查

Investigation on AIDS- related knowledge,attitude and practice among Uygur women in Kuqa

目的:对新疆库车县维吾尔族女性艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为进行调查,为更好地开展针对性的防治措施和干预策略提供依据。方法:选取2012年库车县疾病预防控制中心登记并检验确诊的维吾尔族女性艾滋病患者106例和同社区同民族的健康女性115例,对其进行问卷调查和访谈,运用Epidate 3.0建立数据库SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据处理,采用构成比进行统计描述,χ2检验进行统计推断。结果:库车县维吾尔族女性艾滋病患者年龄和文化程度偏低,以单亲家庭为主。艾滋病传播途径知晓率为79.38%,非传播途径知晓率为79.47%,其他预防艾滋病知识知晓率为63.74%。对感染者持正向态度占69.68%,呈歧视态度占8.14%。多数艾滋病患者具有多性伴行为,安全套使用率低;吸毒者占总人数的17.92%,主要为被动吸毒。结论:政府应该进一步完善艾滋病相关法规政策,通过医疗机构、非营利组织和社会公众力量等多方共同努力,提高女性的社会地位和法律地位,营造一种关爱少数民族女性艾滋病患者的良好社会氛围。

Objective： To survey AIDS - related knowledge, attitude and practice among Uygur women in Kuqa, provide a scien- tific basis for conducting prevention and intervention and making interventional strategies. Methods： A total of 106 AIDS Uygur women and 115 healthy Uygur women who registered in Kuqa CDC in 2012 were selected, then questionnaire survey and interview were conducted; Epi- Data 3.0 software was used to establish database, SPSS 17. 0 software was used for statistical analysis; the data was described by composition ratio, X2 test was performed. Results： Age and educational level of the Uyghur women with AIDS were low, most patients were from single parent family. The awareness rates of AIDS transmission routes and AIDS non - transmission routes were 79. 38% and 79.47%, respectively; the awareness rate of other preventive knowledge of AIDS was 63. 74%. Among the patients, 69. 68% of them hold positive attitude to-wards AIDS patients and 8.14% of them hold discrimination towards AIDS patients. Most AIDS patients had more than one sexual partner, the usage rate of condom was low, the drug users accounted for 17. 92% and most of them were passive. Conclusion： The government should further perfect AIDS - related laws and regulations to improve female social status and legal status and create a healthy environment for the minority women with HIV by joint effort of medical institutions, non - profit organizations and the public.
